A true story. A tail about an organization who reveals in this tall tale story about an officer's encounter. An encounter that led the mating with an alien in the city of Los Angeles just outside of Echo Park, CA. The County Sherrifs office seem to be under hypnotic suggestion. Drawing them all to the outskirts of Los Angeles Near Echo Park, CA. Where they have been seen to be next to some kind of alien and mating with it have brought speculation of offspring.
